If you sent petitions or email to the County regarding the first application 11-0731, they are not carried over to the new application 12-0429. You have submit new emails and petitions. It might be possible that you could ask the County to carry over the prior ones.
One person created this letter/email they sent. I have not heard if it will work. At a minimum if you sent an email before, resend it, simply changing the application number
