Where in Lutz - Otter carving

Today starts a periodic series "Where in Lutz".  I will take photos of items and features around Lutz without giving their location.  After a period of time - to be determined - I will reveal the location. I hope that this will bring out interesting parts of Lutz for readers and that readers who know more about the item / feature will share that knowledge.
